LUXSWITCH STORE POLICY

Order Cancellations

All orders are processed immediately upon confirmation. Cancellations can only be requested within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting support@luxswitch.com. After 2 hours, the order enters our fulfillment system and cannot be cancelled. No exceptions.

Shipping & Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. International shipping routes may be affected by global logistics disruptions beyond our control. You will receive a tracking ID once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds — Eligible Cases
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Product arrived damaged( Please attach proof of damage) 
Wrong product was delivered
Product is significantly not as described

To initiate a return, contact support@luxswitch.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and respond within 48 hours. Approved returns will receive a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

Returns — Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Buyer's remorse or change of mind
Orders placed by mistake after the 2-hour cancellation window
Dislike of the product after delivery
Delays caused by logistics disruptions outside our control

Disputes & Chargebacks
We take disputes extremely seriously. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us directly will result in your account being permanently blocked. We maintain full records of all transactions, communications, and delivery confirmations and will contest all illegitimate disputes. We encourage customers to contact us first — we are always willing to find a fair resolution.
